FXR Retrofit Inop

My left Headlamp currently an FXR Stage III with morimoto ballast (35w) and osram bulbs will no longer turn on. I've had these retrofits since probably late august. The right side turns on with no issues everytime. The left side for the first month turned everytime then only once and a while and now never. Is this most likely a bad ballast?

Same headlamp i'm also getting air into the housing which is creating fogging on the inside that i notice when i walk to my car in the morning. Could this be from a bad seal in the housing itself or is it getting through the rubber housing caps.

Could the moisture getting in the housing be creating the power outtage?

Hoping for some suggestions and courses of action. Thank you.

Also the headlamps were done at Retrofit and installed professionally here in san diego.

I would try swapping bulbs before anything else. Its the easiest thing to try. After that try swapping ballasts if possible. If the problem switches sides when doing one or the other then you found your issue(either bulb or ballast) If its not one of those, then it has to be somewhere else up the line from there.

As far as the moisture in the headlamp I cant really help much, maybe someone else will come along that be able to help more.

Good luck getting everything fixed though.

That's exactly what I would do, narrow down the problem and once you figure it out, you might be able to contact whoever you bought it from for warranty.

Not really sure what you can do for the seal, did you retro the headlights yourself?
