The price per barrel of crude just dropped today, so we should expect to see prices at the pumps go down a bit as well. At least that's what the local news channel stated. :clap:

Just paid $3.079 for 93 octane, $46.89 to fill.

Must have raised the $45 limit. I know I was not the only one hitting it.

Oh, and the good new, no more crap winter gas. My mileage has gone from 17 to 19.

The prices never come down as fast as they go up. Just the other moning, I saw the price as I was headed to the gym. On the way back, prices were $0.08/ gallon higher.

over one or two weeks? It jumped 10cents in less than a week.

Heck where I live prices go up 10 cents/gallon between my morning and evening commute. A few weeks ago they went up 14 cents/gallon overnight and that was one of 4 price changes that week.

No much one can do about it.

I think you guys are paying much higher taxes. I would not mind if the $$ is being put to good use (better roads, public trans, etc).

I don't know what about taxes, but for past 3 years gas price gone up 2/3 (~60% increase) and it's expected to hit Cdn$ 1.39 this summer which will be double of price of the summer 2003 (at that time gas was Cdn$ 0.76).

Gas is between 2.75 and 2.95 a gallon. My wife went to go fill up the 4Runner today and the 89 octane pump would only pump 1 gallon per minute so she ended up putting 93 octane in at 2.93 a gallon
