Gauge cluster question

I have a 98 4runner so the gauge cluster has separate odd shaped soldered in LEDs for the PRND2L gear selector. I was curious if anyone knows what color film I could put in front of them to make them come out a fairly deep blue.

Are you sure they are leds? I thought they were just bulbs.

Yeah. The 98s are different. They aren't replaceable bulbs. I wish I had a picture of them because they aren't any type of normal led. They are squashed down flat with flat sides and then the front half of it is crescent shaped. It's hard to explain. But they are soldered in too. Id just solder in some new ones but like I was saying, they aren't normal ones. I'm having some custom gauge faces made and so I wanted the guy to put some colored tint there to make the green look blue.
