Retrofit a Tundra or Sequoia Dash in your truck.

It has oil, volt and if you also grab the overhead console, you can get MPG's (I guess the main reason for a vacuum gauge) unless your going for the ricer look.

You are seriously making me consider swapping in one of gauge clusters! Does it match the 4Runner green interior lighting, or is it orange?

Heres a 4 gauge cluster in a 4runner. Not store bought, but just shows it is possible.

On my 2000 Tacoma I ended up using the Autometer specific pods, but they only have singles, so a day of fitting later I ended up with this.

Turned out pretty good actually, I diddn't like the black but almost 8 years later I don't even notice the color.

That's pretty much what I want on my A pillar too. One of the has to be the transmission temp. gauge. The other(s) can be whatever.

I did purchase a small collection of needed items for part of the install of my additional 12 volt power outlets.

These fuses (left) and red fuse holder are going to be for the Autometer trans temp gauge I'm planning on getting. The fuses on the right are for the 12 volt power outlets:

The black blade style fuse holders on the right (above) are for the fuses for the additional 12 volt power outlets I will place in the front and rear of my ride.

Here are the two power outlets. I haven't yet decided where each will go.

The junction block: I might need help on understanding this one. Do I add a power (from the battery) to each individual slot or can I make a jumper for three of them and connect them to the 12 volt power fed one?

These hose clamps are for the autometer temp sensor installation into the cooler lines from the transmission.

Ripcord4: thanks for the support on the 'Lowes' reference on the 'T' fittings.

What I have left to get is a good gauge AWG of wire from the battery to the junction block (I do not know which size to get. I I believe the bigger the better. Maybe an 8 or 10 gauge wire to ensure proper 'flow' of the power to the accessories. Is it correct to believe that there is a lower resistance in larger diameter wire? I do not know much about wiring.

I would like to solder all of the connections together for the power outlets to their respective fuses and the fuse to the autometer.
