There are so many factors to consider:
Location history
Condition of undercarriage
Condition of interior (leather or cloth)
Condition of accessories
Condition of exterior
Maintenance history
Any off-roading
Etc

You need to post about 20 pictures to get me interested.
I have the same version 2000 4Runner manual (Silver) factory turbo charged 180K rust free careful miles and I would put a value of between $16K to $20K on it. I would hope you could get $12K to $15K if your vehicle is in great shape.
