Gear Shift noise -Moving from Park to Drive

Don't know if this is happening to anyone else, attempted to perform a search on this....

When the vehicle is parked, and you move the selector to drive, right when it gets to the "reverse" portion of the movement to drive, it sticks, or hangs, and makes a loud clicking sound. Extra effort is needed to continue the movement. Also happens when you move from Drive to Park.

Right now I'm just looking for time to take it to the Dealer.

Does this happen on level ground? If you park on an incline without the parking brake set before putting it in park this may happen. In that case, hold the brakes, put the selector in neutral and set the parking brake before putting the selector in park. If it still does it you should have it checked.
