Hi guys. I am looking to possibly purchase a 4Runner. I have always liked them. My Dad has an 07 Sport that he is willing to let me have pretty reasonable. I really wanted a Limited, but the only thing that is really even close to my price range is around an 04 Limited. I was just curious about the differences between the 04 and 07, and also about how much life can one expect out of that V6 engine?

I personally, would take the 07 sport and just upgrade the things that it doesn't have and you want. Many people on here have well over 200,000 miles without issue. Take care of it and it will last a long time.

07 Sport Model with 114k on the clock. Exterior is good. Interior is fair-good. No major imperfection such as ripped seats etc, but has been smoked in and the cargo area has some stains. What's it worth?
