Late 3rd Gen Tails New-in-Box for $75? Yes, please.
If you haven't changed your tails before, you'll find the harness and the 10mm ground behind your interior panel. Take off the bottom plastic strip at the front of the cargo area. Pop the panels, remove the ground, unsnap the harness. To remove the tail light, remove the two screws, and pop the light toward the outwards side of the truck. Pull the wire, rubber boot, and harness.
The new one goes on in opposite order. Make sure you get the rubber boot on correctly of course. Cake walk!

Finally got to put some videos up from April 2012 in Tahuya (WA).
My buddy has a 1st gen. You'll notice more articulation on my rig...
The first one is downhill and he darn near bounces out of it! haha
The second is uphill and after 20 mins (not shown) he decided to go around the hole.

I did a Tundra brake upgrade last weekend. I decided on the 199mm S13WE. I sourced an entire set up at a yard for next to nothing.
I took the near perfect rotors and calipers home and decided to clean them up. I decided that I didn't want to gamble with the calipers so I got a reman set off Amazon for $150 shipped to my door (Raybestos RC11039 and RC11040).
The surfaces of the rotors were great. I restored them with some POR-15
POR15, Inc. - Stop Rust Permanently - Repair Gas & Fuel Tanks
If you've never used it, this stuff is great. From consistency to application, it really couldn't be a better product.
The assembly was a complete bolt-on as you already know. Get the truck on some jack stands and swap-a-roo!
...and Finished!
These completely improved my braking and are a huge improvement with 33's. I've always felt my braking was less than perfect since I put bigger shoes on the rig. Now it feels much more solid!

Build Order
I have just started building out my 3G4R and I was wondering what should be the best build order and how should I group them?
For example: to upgrade to Tundra brakes I should do brake lines, rims+tires(if necessary aka don't fit the 231mm), and possibly front bumper (to avoid rubbing)? What about UCA or LCA and things like that?

The better question is have you taken care of timing belt/water pump and lower ball joints?
Owned the car since it was off the lot. I got the timing belt done at 135k and now it’s at 155k. I haven’t done the lower ball joints yet. It seems like it’s a big deal so I’m going to look into doing that next.
Should I do the LCA and the Lower Ball Joints together?
Gonna do the radiator soon. I flushed and cleaned it when it was at 145k.
Unless your lower control arm bushings are shot or the arm is broken/severely rusted then there is no need to replace the lower control arm. What are you trying to do with your 4Runner? Are you wanting a mild lift for looks, a refresh, rock crawler, etc?
I think I want to be able to use it to do a bit of off-roadies and over landing. I just got into this world so I am not sure how crazy of a rock crawler I would be. But I know I like being out in nature.
I love my 3G4R. Been in my family since the dealership and I hope to have it for the generations to come. Always had the go big or go home idea, so I want the best that I can afford.
