Finally after about 3 weeks, Ill have my Runner back. I bought it almost a month ago, and 6 days after I bought it, the HG Blew. :frusty: I think the worst part of it all, is that Im going to have to pay about $1k to the dealer/mechanic that has it right now. It really sucks because I just dropped $2100 on it.

Anyways, I was wondering how should I be driving after the HG? Should I baby the hell out of it? Ive only had 1 other vehicle that Ive had to do a HG on. I really would like these gaskets to last, just because its my only car as of now.

I only have a few pics, for now. :lookout:

Yeah I'm guessing this was no "accident"

Clean runner by the way, just make sure she runs good. Watch out for stealerships though, I was pretty ruined on them when I got my steering relay recall and they tried shafting me out of $200 bucks because my "aftermarket rear suspension" messed up my alignment. My alignment had been fine and they didn't even say anything about the BJ spacers in the front, I complained to a manager and the manager basically told the tech he was retarded to his face. There are some dealership techs that are just straight crooks, so make sure you find a good guy who knows his toyotas. I found a nice little shop that does awesome work for less so I'm staying with them, which is what I would advise you to do.
