Getting a lab pup. . . mods?

I just thought of some unsolicited parenting advice. Get her used to playing/chewing stuffed animals. Mine has a whole basket of stuffies that she carries around. At 10 she's never had to get a teeth cleaning and the vet always raves about her clean teeth. I noticed this in another old Lab years ago. That Lab was old and had great teeth too.

We have two chocolate labs!
One of them, Snickers, is 4 and is still hyperactive... He's a great dog, and accompanies me when I go duck huntin!
The other one is Trapper and is just under 3 months old. He's awesome!!!
OP, when Snickers lab was like 3 months old I learned one thing: don't let him walk around in the car too much or he will throw up. I always lay an old towel that we don't use along the back floor so that if he (or most likely his little friend) throws up it's not gonna kill the carpet since I don't have weathertechs or any of that kind of stuff. If he throws up on the leather I don't care too much as that is easily cleaned. Have a great time with your new puppy!!!
This is basically how much yours will grow in 3 years and 9 months. I took these pics a few days ago to see the size difference, they are in the same bathtub.

I hope so. . . I have trouble finding time for much beyond work and parenting lately.
canvasback liner
I did get a canvas back liner as was recommended here. It fits nicely on the rear floor, but I didn't install the rear seat protection because I have wet okole's covering the rear, which are neoprene and the Velcro fastener used on the canvas back doesn't adhere.
Problem: because I have the 3d row there is a zipper down the middle of the floor, which has now been chewed off, rendering the zipper and the idea of the cover useless. Oh well.
I'll get a pic up soon.
