Getting New Subwoofer's...Help.

Again, I'm looking to buy some new subs. I've had 2 Rockford Fosgate P1's, JL Audio 12w3, JL Audio 10w6, Rockford Fosgate T1 10', and my last setup was a combination of 1 Alpine SWR-12 & 1 Earthquake Sound DBX-i12. So i have been around the block when it comes to Woofers, But I know there are some people on here that know alot more about them than I do. In my past setups I was looking for SQ over SPL but now I'm more into SPL but still a clean sound. Any ideas on my next Sub. I'm looking to run it in a ported box and trying to keep the total amount for the subs under 500, and still be louder than my previous setup. I had been looking at some of the Sundown Audio Products and was impressed, any thoughts on those would be appreciated as well. I'm game for either a Single or Dual Woofer setup and RMS Rating doesnt matter either getting a new Amp as well. Appreciate the help, Thanks.

I'd go with the JLs, W1 or W3s. And an XD600/1. You will end up with the best of both world, and they have great durability. But it kind depends on how much space you want to take up.

I have had a couple different set ups, first for SQ, then SPL, now wanting to go back towards Sq. Sundown makes great woofers, the Nightshades are awesome speakers. I was running a Memphis MOJO 12 for a while and loved it. I currently have 2 Orion HCCA's. If you want to go for SPL check out the Fi BTL, DC Audio, DD Audio, and Ascendant Audio. They are smaller companies so you are paying for the product and not the name. Sundown has amazing amps so keep them in mind when you are in the market for an amp. I'm sure you know but you will need to beef up your power supply, depending on the woofer/amp you get. Look forward to seeing what you end up with!
