Glove Box Bulb Replacement

So I’m attempting to replace the bulb in the glove box and I’m having trouble removing the plastic grill to access the bulb…what’s the trick to remove this thing? I tried to depress the plastic clips but it’s not coming off. Thanks for the help!

You should just be able to pop it out. I removed mine and dont remember having any issues. There might be a tab or something you have to mess with. The bulb sucked to get at though... Its hard to get your digits in there to get it out. I think I may have used some needlenose pliers and was very careful
