Good Buy 1995 SR5?

Hello all, after lots of searching I see many issues come up with HG's blowing. I could get a 95 SR5 with 150k for 3500. Super clean garage kept and low miles considering the year. Had the steering recall fixed which leads me to believe no HG was replaced.... probably not eligible. I need advice on rolling the dice with the truck or scratching 1995 all together. How common is it? ie.1 in 10 or 1 in 3.

I had a 1995 eclipse with lots of mods and those cars were notorious for crankwalk and I never saw it...

any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If the truck is clean the $3500 is not bad you maybe able to get it for less if the heads were never done. I had a 94 and had no issue with mine.
