That is a good price. I got mine for $80 though
I'm happy with mine and it's been mounted a couple of years.

Thats a great price. I think I paid that about four years ago. I bought another last month from etrailer and its was about $50 more. Word of advice. Where you join them together and screw them in place. Put some black basket sealant or something to prevent water from getting into it. That will prevent it rusting from the inside. At least that worked for me.
