Nothing, their service is stellar, and the results rarely disappoint. The only downside is they are very expensive if you're not also purchasing tires through them at the same time.

I agree in general. Only time I have problems with them is when I'm trying to do something against their policy... like mount a tire with 3 hole patches, or put a tire on a car with the incorrect load rating for the car, etc. They WILL NOT do that stuff even though I know the risks I'm taking. In those cases I'll take work somewhere else. I live in Denver and work in Boulder so I usually have tire work done at Boulder Tire- they do excellent work. Very clean and professional, but not usually the kind of place where you wait while they work like discount tire would be usually.
Strangely enough, I ended up going to Discount after being informed they mount and balance tires bought there. Manager informed me they all have (Roadforce?) balancing machines (I remember hearing these are the shite?) but I still had to pay $64 to have them swapped. I had some vibration at speed coming back home so I stopped at a location closer to home and they found excessive cupping in the tires that ended up in the front and corrected that AND balanced them all again for free, so far so good!
