Very nice fleet you had. You seem like a good guy to ask this to, given your 4Runner history. Were any of yours a 5speed? If so, how did you like it compared to the Auto? I am really not excited about getting the 4 speed auto but its so common..

Nice lineup! I do miss the giddy-up my Tundra had, but the 4Runner is a better fit for my family.

I'm a prospective 4runner owner and seeing comments like this make me upset. I keep telling myself it's not that underpowered but then I realize it's great at what it does. Looking forward to getting mine.

You know, there are other options. The first gen Tundra is smaller but still a V8, plus there's the 4th gen V8 4Runner if you can find one. My mom has one and I had a blast driving it.
