Your attention to detail is superb sir. Sweet looking bumpers-I liked that photoshop version with the floating Toyota emblem in the hood scoop, but your own rig with the deep tint look to the accessories looks outstanding also.
Any guesstimate on the weight of that front bumper? just curious.... are you compensating with different springs or shocks or both?

The front weighed in at about 100 pounds, Jed measured the loss of 'height' at about 1/4" with my stock suspension. The rear came in at about 100 pounds as well and it dropped about 1/8". I don't mind the rake at all. Eventually, I will go with a lift kit and bigger tires...

the black flares really help to accentuate the "dark" look you have-are those recently added?
they look brand new-I am looking for something similar-my 99 has no flaring whatsoever and I have had to remove my front mud flaps to give more tire clearance for my 265/75/16 new tires thus I get a lot of dirt all along the body sides.

Anyway, those are some wicked looking bumpers my friend.. Major kudos on finding someone that good.. I'm drooling, just from looking at the welds!!! I'm NEVER seen any look that clean. Where did you say this guy was located? Also, do you feel like mentioning approx how much you spent on them?
