So I bought my 01 a couple months ago and had the same issue with the t-case everyone has. Well I replaced one out of 4 switches on the t-case (furthest rear out of the two on the side) and it fixed went wheeling a couple times and had no issues. Now this past weekend I was goofing off and went to do a little ifs flexing and once again the same issue pops up, so I go down and scoop up the other sensor/switch that was next to the one I already replaced. Well it didn't fix it, so I start digging deeper and pull the actuator apart the one that is on the t-case, when I take the black plastic piece off all this water comes out, I thought to my self found it. Well I dry it all out clean it up was able to get the motor to spin both ways easily via my power probe. I put it all back together reseated I put some dielectric grease on the contacts and I still have the same issue. I'm stuck in 4wd and the actuator is acting like it's not getting any power. Any help will be greatly appreciated as I have searched a lot and read threads and they all send me in the direction I have gone.
