So i bought a 98 limited over the summer, sadly only a 2wd but it kind of fell into my lap, as it was formerly a family friend's truck.
65k miles, single owner, and she seems to have been taken pretty good care of. Pretty much just driven to church and the grocery store for 13 years and I paid 5k for her, which I think was a fair price
I happened upon the forum when I was looking into replacing that good ol power antenna i know we all love so much.
Well anyway, I've been lurking about, reading up on all the maintenance stickies and such, trying to digest the wealth of info on here and I finally decided I'd join up.
I'm not the most mechanically inclined guy in the world, but I'm at the point where I'm tired of paying other people to do auto work that I think I'm capable of handling myself. I plan on giving the whole truck a really good once over in the coming months to ensure everything is in tip top shape. I've also got some mods in mind, but she is my daily driver and of course only 2wd, so she'll probably stay pretty tame.
Wrapping this up, I just wanted to introduce myself and congratulate y'all for the work you've done here. There are some serious rigs on here, and for that you deserve a great big hand

Oh, and here's the only picture I've got of her at the moment. I call her Mary Jane.
