Grinding noise when in drive or reverse

Hello fellow drivers,

Sorry about the video quality, I´ve been experiencing this noise when putting the car into drive or reverse, sometimes the noise is completly absent, a mechanic said it might be a vibration issue, the sound is pretty much like a loose nut inside a can https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6BuZzy-jiVU&feature=youtu.be

Any advice is appreciated

rattle in muffler ? catalytic converter ? flex plate ?

2001, 2002 planterary gear bearing ?

Sounds like skid plate or Heat shield loose or rattling. Get under the truck with a rubber mallet.

Hi! 5vz 4wd 2000 limited, the rattle is coming from the front end, near the driveshaft when put in D or R, checked a video regarding the flex plate noise and the sound is different, also when the car is in neutral or parked there is no rattling at all
