Just installed a GROM audio adapter in my 06' Limited V8. Plug in adapter to factory head unit and you can stream music from your iphone and it's crystal clear(as good as the download quality) sound through the factory unit. The bluetooth works great for the phone too. Great and easy install. Check out the link. Every 4 runner owner that doesn't want/need nav and wants the convenience of bluetooth music and phone. I bought the GROM-IPD3. the difference between this and the higher priced model is the more expensive allows you to plug in a flash drive usb with music. The IPD-3 can plug in aux or just stream via bluetooth.
