Grommets for rear hatch logo?

I noticed the Toyota logo on my hatch was loose and discovered that not only has the glue degraded, but I’m missing one of these little rubber grommets that seal the hole in the hatch panel where the posts on the plastic logo snap into.

Anyone know what this part number is, or where I can find a replacement?
