Well, it's supposed to arrive manana. So I'm gonna try and get my car detailed for the weekend's installation session. I'll be sorely disappointed if it doesn't arrive before the week's end.

I ordered when Baja was closed for Christmas, so it was a tad slower. Ordered 12/27, they shipped on 1/3, and it was on my truck 1/5. So, from the time they took my money to the time I had my product was nine days.

Ah, gotcha. That would be a bad example as they had all the R&D. They were not making one when Intruder and I asked (over and over and over LOL). I would say two months or so from idea to a product. The first ones shipped today.

Just placed an order - $175 shipped. I got excited because John initially told me two weeks, and when I spoke to Elizabeth she said she was going to ship it today. But, it turns-out she was talking about an order for another Dave... :crybaby: Either way, I told them I needed to have it in hand by 12 July and both John and Elizabeth told me that will be no problem whatsoever!

yep,
its waiting transfer from seattle to point roberts so hopefully friday is the day i get my rack and hd struts.
ladders back ordered and shipping out next week.

I am still waiting to hear from the shipper on my rack.
Was the shipper's phone number a Colorado number? I missed a call and they didn't leave a message. Might have been them.
Have fun with the install, can't wait for mine!

uh,
i didn't speak to the shipper direct, sandra at gobi did.
afaik, the rack SHOULD be where it needs to be friday with a worst case scenario being wednesday.
not sure why these things are taking so long. I contacted Trail Duty (company I used a lot in the Jeep world) and they stated their customers are getting their racks AND ladders in no longer than 4 weeks from the order date. I have never had an issue ordering from them but I'd be curious to see if they could make that a reality. They swear up and down they can have it to me in 4 weeks along with the ladder. I even stated the ladder was on back order and they said no problem...... with that said their shipped price was $1349 so Ride still has them beat on price.

TrailDuty seems to have serious pull with them. They had a new ladder bracket overnighted with one phone call. I tried for three weeks by myself.
