Our MX Series grilles are made from steel. The grilles are zinc plated then powder coated with a high build primer then powder coated with a top finish again using a powder coat process. We warranty our grille for life if you ever have any problem with our product we will replace it. Our grilles hold up extremly well we have been manufacturing these grille for over 15 years. These grilles do not push in like a homemade mesh grille the reason is that they are welded under a pressure proccess that tensions the grille around the cnc formed grille frame.

Luke who I'm working these group buy contacted me today and is putting the website/link together for us to purchase them. Here is what he sent me today:
Yes, we can do the billet as well though the margins are not very deep on those and the discount will be small... I will let you know what we can do.

Basically when we have done these deals in the past we have done the following:

I will set up a link where they can order and pay via Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Google Checkout.

Typically we set a date for the group buy to begin and allow about a week to 10 days for everyone to order.

Once the buy period is done we submit an order to Grillcraft for the grills. Typically it takes about 2-3 weeks for everyone to have their grills in their hands as Grillcraft rarely stocks enough to support these large orders even when we warn them its coming...

At that point I will begin to post progress in the forums...

totally jealous of your squeaky-clean rig btw. so much snow here these days it's basically impossible to keep it even remotely tidy.

And we are off...
I might suggest that after you order we start a list running where you put your username and then "ORDERED" after it so we can track who has ordered to make sure nobody is missed...
