Last night I had the honor of meeting a true American patriot. LTCOL Oliver North!
He was at our local Costco for a book signing, and meet and greet. I bought two copies of his book to sign "Counterfeit Lies". One for my son who just returned to Ramstein Germany from a deployment to Afghanistan, and one for me.
Got a chance to chat some with Mr. North, and I found him to be a great guy to hang out with.
When we were leaving my wife and I stopped at Costco's gas to fill up. Mr. North pulled into the pump behind us in his awesome 4Runner! Got my picture taken with him in the store, but missed the chance to take a pic of his 4Runner...DOH!
