Gullo Toyota of Conroe

Been taking my Toyotas there for years. Always do whatever is due and then some. I have extensive service records and always keep my car up to date. Last time I brought my 4runner in, I told them to look at everything and let me know what it needs...$2580.00 later I get my car back (check it next day) and the battery has tons of acid coming out of the negative terminal and has gotten into the wires, 3rd brake light out and front parking light out. None of this was told to me. I had my 08' Tacoma in and I had a cv axle issue (4x4) and when I got my car back there was a kink when turning right in the steering wheel. It wasn't like that when I brought it in!!! Though I had an extended warranty on the Tacoma, they made me pay another $50.00 deductable. That just tells me they didn't test drive it what so ever. :gun4:

Nothing but bad ratings from the Fred Haas down the street (hear say) and not sure where I need to take it.

For the most part I don't Mind Gullo Toyota of Conroe. I bought 2 4Runners from them so far and the buying experience was pleasant. My salesman both times was Chase Grice. This last time I went they gave me a good deal on my 2016 4Runner TEP with Fuel Off Road wheels and Nitto Terra G2s. My only grips with them are they are always loosing my center wheel caps. lol Its happened 3 different times after getting a service done on my 2013 4Runner. Also I had them install the new rims on the 2016 and they scratched up my center caps on the Trail OEM wheels when removing them. Its possible the service tech didn't think to remove them with care because I wanted them back. t don't have any experience with any other Toyota dealers in the area so I can't compare to them.
