GX460 wheels

Trying to determine if these 18" wheels will fit my 2002. Looks like they are off a 2012 GX460. Has anyone run these? Thanks!

As far as I can find, the bolt pattern would be correct but the offset/backspacing would cause them to be sunken in a good bit. You would most likely have to space them out.
