H11 or H16 Fog Extension for '14+ T4R?

Adding LED fogs but don't want to cut and splice into my factory harness. I've been reading that the 2014+ models use H16 but some threads say H11 works fine too?

I just want to get one of these fog extensions, splice the LED +/- wires into them and plug into the factory harnesses.
