I am trying to locate the bolts, nuts and washers that attach the front shocks to the lower control arm on my 2004 4Runner Sport. Also trying to get the rear lower shock bolt too. I have the manual and there is clearly one bolt, one washer and one nut for each front wheel. And two for the each back shock.
I can't locate these parts on any of the OEM Toyota websites and wanted to see if anyone can help with the part numbers. I just called the dealer and the parts guy was clueless and kept trying to sell me the bolts that attach the front lower ball joint to the lower control arm (two bolts on each side for a total of four). No matter how I explained what I needed he did not get it. :ybrick:
The factory bolts and nuts are very corroded since the truck has 192K and I would feel better having new hardware for my new shocks anyway.
