has anybody found their 4Runner body not centered over its frame?

does it ever occur that the 4Runner body is not centered over its frame?
how likely is such an occurrence?

Nobody should find it. Are you looking at it over the rear axle or the frame? Not centered over the axle makes sense, but not the frame.

Does this 4runner with the offset body have a body lift? maybe broken body mounts?

Usually broken body mounts, i see it on pickups more often.
