Has anyone modified Doug Thorley headers to work with a 1” body lift?

I searched but did not find an answer to this question. The info for Doug Thorley 3rd Gen headers states that they will not work with a body lift. Has anyone found a work-around or modification to make these fit?

I don’t know if I could ever find a set of TRD headers, but the same question applies here. I think I read somewhere that Doug Thorley actually produced the TRD headers for TOYOTA.
