Has anyone used Car Parts Wholesale for rear bumpers?

I just picked up a 97 4Runner SR5 v6 auto with 118,000 miles.
The only thing it needs is a rear bumper.
I saw a few ebay stores were carrying aftermarket reproductions for reasonable money and was wondering if anyone has used these places?
Are the bumpers any good?

I have the same issue, the center section of the rear chrome bumper is all that's needed to make mine pretty much perfect.

i dont think anyones is as bad as mine, fortunatly i have a brandy new one in my closet.

do not buy a aftermarket chrome bumper my friend bought all thee pieces for his rear and they are already pitting out! go to junk yard and buy ones that are not chromed.

I called them this morning to place an order but they don't ship!

Carparts Wholesale is a joke. I called them this morning and spoke to sales rep "John"
I was told that the center bar, brackets and bumper ends were is stock. He even confirmed 5 pieces in my order, and with their sale pricing it came to a total of $179.30.
After looking at their ebay store i realized they didn't even list the bumper ends, so I called back and tried to get a straight answer as to what was in my order. After being handed off to three separate operators who had no idea what they were even selling me, I canceled my order.

Anyone with a source?

I got nervous when I found out they were located in the Philippines, and they wouldn't allow me to talk to a manager. I was told "he was here but now I can't find him", and "refunding your money will take several days due to our computers updating"
The whole situation made me uneasy. I contacted my credit card co. and gave them a heads up on possible fraud

It was through ebay and paypal, if it doesnt go through then i will blast ebay/paypal till i get my money back. I think i ordered it on the 23 at night.

Well I have never dealt with the folks before,
But couple of months ago, a friend of mine bought bumpers and other used components for his Chevy 2004 from
autopartsfair
the coolest thing is that he got his stuff at a pretty good condition at his doorstep and all this coupled with a 1year warranty and lowest price guarantee.
