Have grill lights need wiring harness

I have grill lights that aren't hooked up because there isn't a wiring harness to them. Is there a harness for a 2006 4Runner SR-5 and a receptacle in the engine bay?

Wired mine to the right side headlight harness… tucked the wires under the hood liner, ran them down to the lower hinge, along side the washer fluid line. Then up to the front, had to lengthen red wire about 12 inches. Once there, I spliced and soldered the red power wire to the parking light socket green wire. Ran the black ground to the 10mm bolt via eyelet, located on the fender apron.

14g eyelet for the ground, cut and soldered for the power.

You can buy an aftermarket complete wiring harness and dash switch for about $20. iJDMTOY is one of the brands I’ve used.

I've got this TEQ grille that's missing frame parts. On Toyota's parts web site, I can't find the missing pieces I need. The closest parts diagram is "Grille & Components for 2006 Toyota 4Runner". It shows very little of what I need. I need the metal frame that goes around the back side of the grille and the latch componets. Anyone have access to a diagram with more information on the grille componets for a 2006 4Runner SR5?

You can get these on alibaba for super cheap or there's a few company's in the US that have stock in them for quicker shipping. SRQ Fab and Teq Customs to name a few. Below is the thread about the grilles and finding them on Alibaba.

I found a few companies in the US selling them pretty easily. But they are all from china, and way cheaper bought on alibaba or aliexpress. I got mine shipped to my door in about 3 weeks for $74. With everything going on now I can’t vouch for that but that was my experience about 18 months ago.
