Having headlights turn on when you unlock the car?

Is there any way to have the license plate lights and the headlights turn on when you unlock the car? Like from switching some of the cords around? Or even taking it into Toyota do you think that's a possibility for them?

i just leave my headlights on. they turn off 30 seconds after you arm it, and they turn on when unlocked.

but then again i have an aftermarket alarm (karr) as well as the factory alarm (gotta love living next to mexico) so it might be different for you.
