head gasket or head

I have a 94 sr5 3.0 v6 5spd manual. My garage said 6th cylinder is full of coolant. They said either head gasket or head but it must be taken apart and checked at a machine shop. Im looking for advice if its worth trying to fix or should i sell. 155k

i dont speak from experience (only had 22r/e's and 3.4) but i do know that many a 3.0 have blown the head gaskets. i'm sure more than a few 3.0 owners will chime in and let you know that that motor is notorious for doing that. not to say it isn't a good motor. it just has it's issues. just like every other motor out there. hell, i've had to heli coil almost every 22r/e that i've ever put a set of headers on. as far dealing with it or selling it is totally up to you. not sure how emotionally attached you are to you rig.
