Have a 08 with stock lights in them.

Search and adjusted the up n down, to try to get rid of the appearance.

That's the cutoff. If you really hate it you could take out the projector and grind down the shield

The shield looks like that, you should even it out with a dremel but I recommend you just live with it. Even minor imperfections to the cutoff shield will show

Thanks Zak, I can see the reason for the image now with the picture you have posted.
Never took apart the lights to find this.

Better have STEADY hands when trying this one. I guess I will live with it.

Yeah, I don't get it either, but it's DOT required, might have something to do with mirrors so the lights dont hit the side mirrors of the car in front of you.
