Head Unit Cassette Tape Problem

Anybody ever experience this before? I'm not really looking to replace the head unit. If I have to I will, just wondering if this is an easy fix, or if it's more of an internal thing.
May need to turn the volume up.

It seems as if you're using one of those tape cassettes that have the cable on them to play an external source of music?


Yea, just pony up the money and buy a new deck. You won't have to deal with crappy sound from a cassette converter. Great decks can be had from 75-150.

I have the internal amp, so not sure if that will affect the sound quality at all if i change head unit.
