just back the truck up, at 25ft, measure the height of the center of the light and aim it 3 inches lower of that.

Depends, is it coil springs or leaf springs?

If you'd have told us what year your truck is we'd know.

Check Amazon & enter your yr & make ! Can get a 1 1/2 or 1 1/4 to just keep it level or do like riceandpho says & adjust them pretty easy . Threaded plastic screw type adjusts it .

The lights on the rig is high when the back starts to sag, I suggest 3 inch drop at the lower cutoff line is the best option, I myself is only doing 2.5-2.8 since I like to have my cutoff flicker at the people in the fast lane, they drive like 70 and under sometimes since they are on there phones. It does make them think I'm a cop flashing the lights.
