K knoxuni New member Sep 14, 2014 #1 I have a 99 limited and my heat and ac do not work. I checked to see if the cable to white arm thing on the passenger side was connected and it was so I'm a bit lost and need somewere to start. And yes my digital climate control is good

Brilliant New member Sep 15, 2014 #2 the arm thing/mixer fails. Replaced mine on my 99 recently. listen for clicking cycling hot cold, thats an indication the gears are stripped
