Heat shields falling off

Heat shields are falling off ,Heard a thumping noise underneath and looks and all the bolts are pulling through the shields , tried to save some of them by putting bigger washers on them , If ya want to keep them better do it quick cause the bolts rust and ya can snap the studs off as they look like they are just spot welded to the sheet metal when ya try to remove nuts, terrible design Toyota !!!!!! Shame on you !!!!!!!

Tail pipe one , i snapped a stud off trying to take bolts off after it fell down , not putting this one back on , they are the consistency of pie plates , what did ya thing was gona happen Toyota , attaching them with smaller than 1/4 washers and vibrations from driving and wind , pretty micky mouse thin stuff
