So I have searched the forums and read various posts about heat issues.
I fixed part of the issue by replacing the servo on the lower passenger side that pulls the cable that goes into the hood and it moves another lever under there. This gave me better control over the cold and hot temperature settings.
I verified that the servo on the drive side is moving all of the levers and the air output matches the display readout.
I compared both servo movements to my friends 99 and they seem to be doing the same thing.
The issue i am having now is that the heat seems the warmest from the floor vents - then luke warm out of the front vents - then its not very warm at all from the windshield vent and it only seems to push air out of the driver side.
I'm not sure what to look for next. :help:Any suggestions?
Is it possible that one of the flaps inside the airbox broke? If you take apart the dash can you replace certain parts of the system or is it all one piece?
