Heavy Duty Body Cladding for Urban Jungle

Any good ideas out there?

I've had 3 different idiots run into my rig in the past couple years (2 just in the past month!!). One wasn't paying attention while backing out of a parking place; One decided to make a u-turn in the fricken middle of the road; One decided to turn right from the left lane.

I was thinking about using this, wrapped completely around my truck:

Get a solid roof rack and hang tires from it at door level. Chicks dig tires.

Man, I wish I was around to work on the "Road Warrior" era of 80's B Movies...
I would have loved making all those crazy rigs with a bunch of other yahoos trying to make ridiculous entertainment.

Sliders and bumpers.

"Road armor" is kinda tough on these, besides those.

Unless you want welded 1/4" plate all around the rig.

Which will still be hard because it's such thin metal that you would burn through anything and everything.

X2 on good insurance. Only issue with our vehicles, not too much and they total them. We had an old 88 model full size blazer, back when bumpers were metal, well a minivan rolled back into us and destroyed their rear door and bumper. It was awesome!!!

This is another approach but you could use bed liner on your cladding. It's not dent proof but it resists scratches well enough.

That's an awesome idea, although I'd be to tempted to play bumper cars with every other car on the road!

I could be wrong, but it looks like Chaplain from Yotatech that just got a major overhaul. I say that because of the color and BFG logo placement, but I believe he was running a lt in front so it's tough to think he went from that to sfa. Looks nice though
