Heavy Duty Rear Sway Bar Links

All,
I'm sorry for the issues on the link length and potential contact with the lower LCAs. Don't forget that they are adjustable. If your are worried about contacting the lower link simply loosen the lower nyloc on the upper portion of link, adjust the sway bar to a more comfortable position, and snug up the nyloc nuts on both sides of frame rail. As Harper said it's a good idea to put one tire at full stuff and see exactly where the sway bar links need to be set to where they allow maximum clearance without rubbing. Yes, you want the shock, not the sway bar link, to be the limiting factor, but these have plenty of adjustability to make that a reality. Also, flipping the e-brake cables 180 will eliminate the potential of the lower heim hitting the e-brake, but if your link adjustments are correct this is not necessary. I will clarify these items in the instructions that ship with the links. Now post some more pics!

no issues with bolt length? looks like you've got about the same amount of clearance as I do

I'll be testing out the flex and adjusting them but haven't noticed anything yet. I plan on raising it at least half an inch for comfort.

Deekoi, you could probably raise a full inch and probably still have the shock being the limiting factor. But 1/2" is a good starting point. In hindsight, I should have asked everyone for their minimum/maximum shock travel. Anyhow, I have made the appropriate adjustments to the preset length and they should not contact LCA or e-brake cable at full droop. I guess some tweaks are to be expected with a product of these sorts! But again, you have to love the full adjustability of custom suspension products!

finally got around to putting in the longer bolts and adjusting the clearance to the e-brake line, and all appears to be well. Chris sent a small refund for the hassle of having to go get longer bolts, which was appreciated. Now, I've just got to go trail test them....

Yes, sorry. The KDSS system is totally different and these links will not work on KDSS applications. See images attached; the top image is KDSS with a totally different way of connecting sway bar to frame, part #14 of the second image shows the non KDSS setup and rear link that connects sway bar to frame. I have yet to see anyone come up with a solution for stronger KDSS components.:sad:

Due to a resurgent interest in these I have ordered more hardware and have more sets available if anyone's interested. Still only $110 shipped.

I have a used set for sale with upgraded hardware for $80 shipped. These were great (thanks!), but I've deleted my rear sway bar and these are no longer necessary for my setup.
