Hey guys swaped to a ODL Bumper so no longer will i need these Foglights. THey are for the 99-02 bumpers in the factory location. they have been modified to accept a H3/H3c hid kit. a complete plug and play upgrade for 99-02 3rd gen 4runners. SOLD.
