Hello From Bamberg, Germany

I am currently stationed in Germany and recently purchased a '94 4Runner V6 SR5. She has been mistreated and I am trying to nurse her back to health. It appears to have a newer transfer case, front calipers, and front park brake cable. I have replaced the RR brake cylinder and will replace the LR as soon as I have the brake line to replace with it. The fitting is rusted to the cylinder.

I have the Moog springs and Rancho CS5000 shocks for next weekend's project.

My father-in-law and I plan to make this into a weekend warrior camping/fishing rig for us and my kids.

I know it's probably going to cost more than it's worth, but I want to get her autobahn safe so we can plan longer trips a bit further away from the house.

Wow! How long has this truck been in Europe? That's definitely an NA spec as all the EU spec 2nd Gen's I've seen are a bit more basic in terms of options.

that thing is still a baby at 137k! you're gonna find that alot of the guys here with 1st-3rd gens also dump more $$$ into their rigs than they're worth and alot of them are already in pristine condition. haha! welcome to the club!!!

I'm not sure how long it's been in Europe, but it was a California rig when new. She's been out of comission for over a year due to the POs not having money for repairs after beating her all to hell. I still need new front drive shafts, exhaust, and body work. Dropped her off with my mechanic today to fix the rear brakes, install the MOOG springs, Rancho CS 5000 front shocks, and CS 9000 rear shocks. It looks as if I need a new LSPV by how the existing one is corroded and rusted, then I am goung to build a drawer for the cargo area to store all the camping gear, and a rack for the fishing poles.

Does anyone know an inexpensive fix for the leak in the top of the windshield?
