Hello t4r.org from North Carolina!
My name is andrew from NC.
i just got my 2008 SR5 about a month ago and love it.
It is bone stock other than powdercoated flat black wheels,
rattle canned the rear license plate chrome piece and the center chrome piece in the front grille.
i plan on a 2 inch daystar suspension lift some bigger tires and some 18 inch rockstar rims so far.

...a few questions if you don't mind...

When you painted the front grill...did you sand it before painting?

And if you did, what grit?

thank you all.4runners are really great. definately my favorite rig. i used 1200 grit wet sandpaper on the grill and the rear license plate accent, 2 coats of primer,1 coat of sealer, 3 coats of rustoleum high heat grill paint, and 3 coats clear.
