Help! Alarm Problems

Hi,

I tried to unlock my 4runner today with my clicker and it would not unlock. I am assuming the clicker is working since the little light on it is on when I push the button. I can get in by unlocking the door with my key but then the alarm goes off. I can't drive it until I shut off the alarm. I was wondering if my clicker was dead even if the little light was on or if maybe the alarm is malfunctioning. I posted some photos of the alarm area on my website if anyone wants to look. I don't really want to mess with the alarm if I don't have to. Maybe my clicker is just bad? If anyone has any comments on this it would help me out.

I disabled the alarm by removing the fuse that controlled the alarm. Easy enough. I won't have the alarm to sound but I can at least drive my 4runner.
