Help. Blacking out headlights.

How do I take out this price without damaging The part does anyone have some good advice? I've Managed to get to here but this little piece is really hard.

And will this Silicone stuff, work to seal up the edges of the headlight when i reassemble it?

You should use rubber butyl to re-seal the lights. The Retrofit Source sells it by the roll.
