Help! Entune Bluetooth not working. Hard restart?

So I use my Bluetooth on a regular basis and have never had a problem with it until now. I change devices for my friends all the time for music but last night we added a new phone and this morning I go to connect my Bluetooth and it won't even let me choose a device.

I've deleted all personal data on entune and even disconnected the battery. Is there anyway to maybe revert to a previous version of entune or hard rest the whole head unit???

Just to confirm, you deleted the devices and reinstalled it back?

Hi Belaire,

Be sure when doing a Master RESET' on the HU that the 'Main body ECU Compu Netwk' is included as well! This requires a battery cable disconnect four a minimum of fours, to be certain that the circuitry has had ample time for it's circuits to fully drain! Immediately upon re-starting the vehicle you should notice the clock, Compass, and radio presets have defaulted back to random symbols/numbers; as well as the truck's engine will start, and shut-down right away...this is normal! Just restart it and she'll behave as she did prior to the reset!

Now you should be able to pair your phones/devices without a hitch! Hope this helps,
