Help finding annoying interior rattle in 2006 4Runner

1. Ck in the door X loose Etc.. Know that the noise is not coming from something loose in the door. Bounce with door open.

2. Is there any known electrical connector behind the ref panel that might have come loose from clip? Will that panel easily snap off to inspect?
